Red Mountain Construction Division has an efficient organization where each person has the skills and ability to perform multiple duties according to what is required at the time. Any of our project managers can fill the roles of Quality Control Managers or Site Health and Safety Officers as requirements dictate. In this way, one individual may be performing as a Site Safety & Health Officer on one contract and as a Quality Control Manager on another. Each of our staff are cross trained to enable our team to continue to function if a member is gone from the office or job site. In those rare instances when an individual must perform duties while away from the office or job site, all employees can use our remote desktop to access our network securely from anywhere in the world at any time. Many of our employees can also access their company email accounts from their phones giving them the ability to be immediately notified of critical issues at any time they are away from their computers whether on the job site, at lunch or vacationing.
Our project managers have vast experience with successfully managing multiple contracts with the government, military and commercial companies. Some of our staff have experience in international markets. Our superintendents have risen through the ranks from apprentices to become foremen and now project superintendents. Their experience covers all areas of rough and finish carpentry, framing, drywall and concrete work as well as the management skills and knowledge necessary to run multi-disciplined fieldwork with various subcontractors.
Although our corporate office is located in Anchorage, Alaska, all of our project managers and superintendents work from our Construction Division office to manage work, traveling as necessary. The Construction Division office is the primary office for all construction aspects. The support staff in the Construction Division office provides the project managers and superintendents necessary administrative services. In addition, the staff is always available for additional assistance either on site or remotely. Financial services are provided from our Construction Division office with the input and visibility of the field office personnel, who ensure supplies and materials are ordered in a timely manner, billings are correctly and regularly invoiced, and subcontracts are managed effectively.
