Red Mountain LLC is an Alaska Native Corporation owned company with Small Business Administration 8(a) status granted in April 2006. We are now in our 9th year in the SBA 8(a) program and have grown considerably under the guidance of the SBA. We have three divisions that perform both 8(a) and non-8(a) work for a variety of clients.
Red Mountain Construction Division (California Contractor’s License No. 973593, classification B General Building Contractor) is operated from our Avila Beach, California, office and focuses on federal contracting projects. The Seldovia Native Association, Inc.., and Red Mountain LLC designed, developed, financed, planned, constructed and operated the award-winning Dimond Center Hotel in Anchorage, Alaska. This hotel has been a tremendous success and has been listed as the 50th most successful hotels with under 150 rooms in the entire United States. Marine Project Management
The design and construction of the 150-passenger ferry was managed by Red Mountain’s Maritime Division for the Seldovia Village Tribe. The ferry is also designed to carry light freight and operates between Homer and Seldovia, Alaska and is operated by the Seldovia Village Tribe. The high-speed catamaran operating as the Seldovia Bay Ferry and named M/V Kachemak Voyager, celebrates the completion of its first full year in operation this summer. Read complete details »
